You can hire us for an entire project, or just to improve your existing website. We also carry out website consultancy, analysing your site and recommending improvements.
Why are we different?
- We find out about you and your business before we even spark up our web-design programs
- We build up a picture of your typical customer and what they might want from your site
- We have a look at what your competitors are doing
- We're honest and informative - we tell you why we do things in a particular way
- And finally, because we build really great, easy-to-use sites - including copywriting and search engine optimisation as standard
Unusually for a web design agency, we have our own sites. Our flagship site is The Career Break Site, which we use as a showcase.
What websites have you produced?
As SugarCat Publishing, we have produced:- The Career Break Site - the UK's first independent career break site, which features regularly in the national and international press
- growing old disgracefully - an interactive site for a network for older women
- The Oscar Bernhardt Ensemble - a jazz band who needed a search engine friendly site
- Quaker Trading - a new, easy to use website advertising Quaker room hire
- South High 55 - a reunion site for South High School's Class of 1955
- Friends of Didsbury Park - a community site promoting the facilities in the local park (plus a park bingo card!)
- Jude and Sarah - a personal wedding website which included a blog
- Manchester & Warrington Quakers - the first fully interactive Quaker website in the UK

We often get asked this. We wanted a name that people would remember, so we named the company after Dan's cat.
